1. Corrugated cardboard production line product introduction

1. Wet end equipment

Wet end equipment is the key link of corrugated forming, mainly including the following parts:

Base paper holder: As the starting point of the production line, responsible for storing and conveying different specifications of web base paper.

‌Preheat preheater: preheat the base paper to improve the softness and workability of the paper and prepare for subsequent molding.

‌Single-side corrugator: one of the core equipment, pressing the base paper into a specific shape of corrugated core paper through the tight fit of the upper and lower corrugator rolls, and coating with glue.

Double-sided machine: The single-sided corrugated cardboard and the face paper are fitted together to form double-sided corrugated cardboard to further enhance the strength and stability of the cardboard.

Flyover and suction baffle: used for stacking single-sided corrugated paper in stratified waves to control paper tension and ensure smooth subsequent processing.

2. Cadre equipment

The cadre equipment is mainly responsible for cutting, indentation and stacking the corrugated cardboard with wet end processing to meet the needs of orders, mainly including:

Rotary cutting machine: continuous cutting treatment of cardboard.

Longitudinal cutting and indentation machine: longitudinal cutting and indentation of cardboard according to customer requirements, convenient for subsequent folding and forming.

Cross cutting machine: transverse cutting of cardboard to form standard size cardboard.

Stacker: automatically stack the cut cardboard neatly, easy to store and transport.

3. The working principle

The working principle of the corrugated board production line is based on the mechanical principles in physics and chemical adhesion. After the base paper is preheated in the preheater to improve the softness and workability, it enters the single-sided corrugating machine for corrugating and is coated with glue. Subsequently, the single-sided corrugated board and the face paper are closely combined in the double-sided machine through the superheat bonding force to form the double-sided corrugated board. The cardboard is heated in the hot plate to make the glue cure quickly and ensure the rigidity of the cardboard structure. Finally, the cardboard is precisely cut and indentation by the longitudinal and cross-cutting machine, and then stacked neatly by the stacker to complete the entire production process.
