Corrugating machine

Common types of corrugated are A, B, C, E, etc. Different types of corrugated have different characteristics, such as A corrugated has better cushioning performance, and B corrugated is more suitable for printing. Gluing machine

Double-sided machine

The double-sided machine combines single-sided corrugated board with other face paper to form multi-layer corrugated board. By heating the hot plate and pressurizing the pressure roller, the face paper and the corrugated core paper are firmly bonded. The temperature uniformity of the hot plate of the double-sided machine is good, and the pressure of the pressure roller can be precisely adjusted according to the number of layers and thickness of the cardboard. In the double-sided machine, the cardboard in the high temperature and high pressure environment after a certain period of time to ensure the full bonding between the layers of paper, thereby improving the overall strength of the corrugated board. At the same time, the double-sided machine is also equipped with an automatic correction system to prevent the cardboard from deviating during the composite process and ensure the quality and dimensional accuracy of the cardboard.

 

Drying section

The main function of the drying part is to remove excess water in the corrugated cardboard, so that the glue is completely cured, and improve the strength and stability of the cardboard. The drying department usually adopts the hot air circulation drying method, through the reasonable arrangement of air duct and heating device, so that the hot air is evenly blown on the surface of the cardboard. Slitting machine and crosscutting machine

It achieves fast and accurate cutting with high-speed rotating tool and precise positioning system. The crosscutting machine is to cut the continuous cardboard according to the set length, forming a sheet of finished cardboard. According to the size and weight of the cardboard, the stacker stacks the cardboard on the pallet or pallet in an orderly manner through an automated robotic arm or conveyor belt system.
